Inspired by the resilience of mountains, this G+21 residential tower merges cutting-edge engineering with community-centric design. The structure employs post-tensioned concrete slabs and recyclable aluminum formwork to achieve column-free spans, 25% faster construction cycles (4-day per floor), and 20% concrete reduction. A tiered "sky village" on the 4th floor integrates premium amenities—gym, spa, library, daycare, and landscaped terraces—while podium levels optimize parking (149 bays) and ground-floor retail (pharmacy, supermarket). Sustainable features include water-waste management systems, energy-efficient lighting, and fire-safe imported finishes that elevate aesthetic longevity. The project sets new benchmarks for urban living: 119 luxury units (1–3 bedrooms) offer panoramic city views, with layouts prioritizing natural light and cross-ventilation.
